When The Gym Group (TGG) embarked on a critical digital re-platforming transformation, time was of the essence. They needed high-calibre talent quickly. The Gym Group’s in-house recruitment function faced a significant challenge: to hire urgently for a number of pivotal roles essential to the success of the programme.
